Thomas Sabella-Mills (Private Acting, Scene Study, Musical Theater Audition Workshop) is currently the resident director for Musicals Tonight, an Obie award winning  theatre company in New York City.  During his time there he has directed over 30 productions, winning praise in The New York Times, The New York Post and The New York Daily News.  He has also been featured on the front page of The New York Times for MT’s production of “Goldilocks.”  Other credits include director/choreographer for “A Little Night Music” for Utah’s Cultural Olympiad kicking, off the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City.  He was the choreographer for the national tour of  “In the Mood - A 1940s Revue” currently being seen all over the country.  Regionally his work has been seen at Houston Grand Opera, Helen Hayes Theatre, Gateway Playhouse, the Hampton Shakespeare Festival and the Bristol Riverside Theatre.  He has  guest directed at American University and is currently on the faculty of AMDA (American Musical & Dramatic Academy), teaching mock audition classes and directing the graduating classes in their professional showcases.

Lisa Hogan (Private Voice, Sightreading, Songwriting) is a Singer, Songwriter, and Composer. Her first independent CD, “The Other Way,” was released in 2001 to rave reviews. The original disc was named in the Top Ten Best Indies for 2001 from the Michael Anthony Show. Amazon describes Hogan as a “beautiful, intriguing, and evocative artist,” who “follows a different muse and continuously strives to look the other way.” Hogan is also featured on another independent CD, The East Side of Fascination, released in 2002. She has performed her own material in major New York City venues and opened for notable pop acts. . She has won awards for songwriting from ASCAP, Musician Magazine’s Best Unsigned Band Contest, and been a featured performer for The Songwriter’s Guild, Women-In-Music, the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (NARAS), Peek-a-boo Festival of New Music and Theatre, and the New York City Music Festival. Her material has been licensed for Nickolodian. Currently Hogan has a video running on numerous web sites featuring the single, “The Other Way,” from her self-produced release. Hogan has recently been seen in New York City as a jazz vocalist at the Duplex, Rose’s Turn, and Judy’s in Chelsea

She has studied voice with David Sabella-Mills and Jeffrey Gall of the New York City Metropolitan opera. She has also studied voice at the Manhattan School of Music, Harlem School of the Arts, and performed with the Marin County Opera Company. Currently, she is finishing an M.A. in music composition from Queens College where she studies with composer Bruce Saylor. She has also studied with composer Robert Aldridge. In the summer of 2003, The New England Conservatory of Music selected her composition for piano for their summer conference on new piano music.  

As a voice teacher she has produced and musically directed performances for her students in a number of New York City venues. She teaches piano, sight singing and musicianship, and continues to assist other songwriters in arranging and producing new music in her studio.

Chris McGinn (Private Acting, Scene Study, Group Class) is a very versatile actress, director and coach working in all aspects of the business for 20+ years. Highlighted projects include:  I Now Pronounce You Check & Larry, The Sopranos, Denis Leary – Behind The Anger, Ed, Sidney Lumet’s 100 Centre Street, Bringing Out the Dead, Sweet & Lowdown, Mickey Blue Eyes, 2 - Law And Order’s & SVU, Sex & The City & Wonderland.

Actors she’s worked with include: Actors include: Sean Penn, James Caan, Christopher Walken, Kathleen Turner, Gina Gershon, David Hyde Pierce, Jerry Orbach, Chris Noth, Jesse L. Martin, Chris Meloni, Mariska Hargitay, Stanley Tucci, Michael Beach, Tom Cavanaugh & Kate Burton.

Her most recent credits include: sketch comedy on Late Night With Conan O’Brien, Fox TV’s  Canterbury’s Law, with Julianna Marguiles and directed by Timothy Busfield and Synecdoche, NY with Philip Seymour Hoffman and directed by Charlie Kauffman.

Lesley Majzlin, LMT holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy from NYC’s prestigious Swedish Institute and a BFA in Theatre Performance from Southern Methodist University. She is a licensed massage and bodywork practitioner of New York State and Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Her massage training, a background in theatre, and her experiences with Hospice have inspired her sessions to be nurturing and compassionate and have enabled her to work on a wide variety of clientele ranging from Broadway and Opera stars to business executives to men and women suffering from migraines, insomnia, anxiety, eating disorders, and terminal illness.

Influenced by several years of vocal therapy, Alexander Technique, and a career in Voiceovers and Musical Theatre, Lesley has seen first hand the incredible vocal/postural benefits of regular massage and body work.  In addition to promoting overall health, her gentle and crafted head, neck, and facial work have helped a number of vocal performing artists decrease muscle tension and increase vocal resonance and breath control while allowing them to become more grounded and connected to their instrument.

With the belief that everybody is different, Lesley truly enjoys catering each session, technique, and pressure to meet your specific goals, requests and comfort level.

Her techniques include: Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Reflexology, Deep relaxation, Prenatal

Her meditative rhythm and adaptable approach have been known to leave clients feeling serene, relaxed and renewed with a balanced sense of self.
