Private Voice Technique / Audition Preparation

Advanced Professional Division*
Available in all locations (NYC, NJ, & Online)

*The Advanced Professional designation is reserved for clients who meet one or more of the following criteria:

1. Earn their living exclusively in performance (Musical Theater or Classical Stage, Concert, Recording, Film, TV, etc)
2. Have one or more performance awards (TONY, GRAMMY, AMA, CMA, MTV, EMMY, OSCAR, etc)
3. Is signed to, or working with, a record label, or production company, who is responsible for the cost of training.

Adv Pro Perks:
1. 24/7 access -  I am on call 24/7 in all time zones for Adv Pro Division clients.
2. BUMP - Adv Pro clients may schedule an appointment in ANY hour of my schedule. If necessary I will "bump" an Adult Pro or
Junior Division client to another time in order accomodate the intricacies of an Adv Pro performance or rehearsal schedule.
3. On Site Assessment and/or Coaching - I am available to travel as needed to support Adv Pro clients.

Advanced Professional Division Fees:

• 90 Minute Private Lesson (all locations) - $360.00
• 60 Minute Private Lesson (all locations) - $240.00
• On Site (at theater, concert venue, hotel, or home) - $240.00 per hour (plus travel, expenses & per-diam if applicable)

• 4.2% INTERNET Credit Card  transaction fee on all CC payments

Professional & Adult Division
Available in all locations (NYC, NJ, & Online)

Clients in the Professional & Adult Division exhibit exemplary, professional vocal quality, have professional goals with their voice, or are already established working professionals in the enterntainment industry. Avocational adult clients in this division are highly committed singers looking to advance their vocal and performance techniques for non-professional reasons. General age range 15 +, however, exceptions are made for younger students on a professional track 

Fees:

• 60 Minute Private Lesson – NJ  $100.00;   NYC & Online  $120.00
• 45 Minute Private Lesson – NJ  $80.00;   NYC & Online  $  85.00

Online / Webcam Lessons

Available in all Voice Technique divisions (Junior, Adult, Pro & Adv Pro)
Scheduled during all available studio hours (NYC, Bloomfield & Maplewood NJ)

Internet and VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology, as well as webcam and USB microphone hardware, have made significant improvements in recent years, making it now completely possible to have a professional voice lesson online, from a remote location no matter where you live or where your professional engagements may take you.

Currently we have students who telecommute to lessons from all over the United States, Canada and Europe. And, varying time zones allow us to work at the time that is most convenient for YOU! We are available for webcam lessons during any of our normal studio hours and additionally at various times in the early AM or Late PM (US EST), depending on your time zone and preference. If you don't see an available time that fits in your time zone please email us with your preference.

What YOU need to have an online lesson:

• A webcam and microphone (either external or built into your computer). If you have a MAC computer you may not need any other equipment. ALL MAC computers (and newer PC’s) come equipped with high def webcams and high frequency response microphones, which make the clarity spectacular.

• If you have an older PC and/or are not sure about your microphone status you may want to purchase an external USB Plug and Play microphone (price point varies from $79.00 - $150.00 ) For optimum performance I recommend the Samson C01U USB Condenser Microphone (range $ 79.00 - $89.99), and the Blue Yeti THX Certified USB Microphone (range $99.99 - $149.00)
  
  
• A high speed internet connection and either SKYPE or ooVoo to meet online. Many students prefer the ooVoo application which has the ability to record the lesson so you have a visual record of your lesson to refer back to throughout the week.
  
  Please be advised that the quality of the live online experience is only as good as the hardware used to deliver it. The better your mic and speakers, the better your experience will be. Junior Division
Available in all locations (NYC, NJ, & Online)

Students in this division exhibit a love of singing and may or may not have professional goals with their voice. These classes deliver the same type of high quality instruction as in the Professional / Adult Division, in an age appropriate, safe atmosphere of fun and encouragement. They are also shorter in duration to accommodate age appropriate attention spans, and prepare the student for Professional / Adult Division Study. (General age range 6 - 14, students on a professional track may be promoted to the Professional / Adult Division)

Fees:

• 45 Minute Private Voice/Music Lesson - NJ $75.00; NYC & Online $85.00
  
• 30 Minute Private Voice/Music Lesson - NJ $55.00; NYC & Online $65.00

• Music Copying Fee - $2.00 per song copied (5 page max.)

David Sabella-Mills understands a growning voice and its capabilities. For a young adult he understands how the voice changes as they grow up and what to work on now so their sound will be even stronger when it is fully matured.  In the past year or so our daughter Ellie Kallay has taken his class and her voice has grown. She now has such a wonderful full sounding belt. David has also worked on prep for auditions. Ellie has been accepted into Papermill Playhouse's New Voices as well as other musical theater productions. - Teressa Kallay (Ellie's Mom)
